ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett

I traveled with my friends to jim corbett for the weekend from delhi. Very first the staff, especially the ones at the reception who checked us in and the ones who took care of the check out formalities, were very welcoming and polite. We were served with a welcome drink. We were helped to our rooms. Mr aditya is a sweet guy too. The staff took care of us to the utmost level! the other people were equally polite(including the night manager and night watchmen as well. I really like the way the entire staff greeted me in the morning! (which added to the overall experience) the classic rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. The location of the property made it all so much better. It is near to the kosi river, garija devi temple, girija safari zone gate and the suspension bridge. One can go for a walk from the resort to the suspension bridge to enjoy the view. Adventure activities like hot air balloon and rafting are also nearby. It’s so calm and peaceful. The food was good. They even helped us with our safari bookings. It is a newly built property. The arcade room is a hit. It is great for the kids and even adults as well. The place has a lot of mango trees within its complex. Fortunately, the weather was also good during our stay which added to the experience. Overall experience at zana was awesome. I would also like to specially mention mr sameer (from the central reservations team) who helped us a lot with our bookings. Kudos to the team!

I stayed at zana jim corbett and i must say that i was thoroughly impressed with the range of offerings and amenities provided. From the moment i checked in, i experienced best hospitality and service that truly exceeded my expectations. The room was new and fresh and was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was outstanding, creating a serene and relaxing environment for my stay. The restaurant served delectable meals with a wide variety of options to choose from, each dish impeccably prepared and delicious the ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett staff members were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating

The property outdoors, layout, rooms and all are very good. It seems to be a new property and the is very well maintained. All amenities are upto date. For families with kids - the best part is their play area. They have a gaming arena, a soft play area and a trampoline which keeps the kids busy in the evening. The staff is very hospitable. Special mention for mr pankaj at the front desk. Location is also very good. The food is very average and should be worked upon. Lots of good restaurants around if you want to go for a casual meal. This ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett does not have access to the river since there is another property behind it.

The property is situated within the jim corbett forest, offering a serene and lush environment. On occasion, tigers have been spotted near the ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett entrance, as mentioned by the security staff, who advised against venturing out late at night due to these sightings. The staff are exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The only downside is the high cost of the food, though i was able to order from nearby restaurants, which mitigated the issue. Overall, i highly recommend this property.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Lovely and great first impression of ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett. Everything about the ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fantastic experience when you stay here. The location, ease of booking, check-in process, rooms, interiors, bathroom amenities, linen quality, spacious room and modern bathroom, meals, lawn, pool ……. You name it and everything is just amazing and totally 5 star standards. The humbleness of staff members is so genuine and one could sense the same. They walk an extra mile for each and every guest staying with them. The resort is new and it is recommended for all traveling to Jim Corbett

Zana is a beautiful property located in dhikuli surrounded by complete nature. All the amenities were excellent and the interior was so calming and all things were in earthy tone which connects with you nature. Enough space to play outdoor sports and seating area in open space under many mango trees. Service was extremely good. Food was well prepared and amazing. Totally love the vibe.

We were lodged there for 2nights. The staff, right from the reception, the restaurant, waiters, guards, room service, guards were welcoming and respectful. Food was awesome and served fresh. Kids play area was so nice, my 4yrs old kid enjoyed a lot. Room was very neat and flea along with the toilet and the property in general. Paisa wasool place. Will want to visit again.

I must say zana knows the actual meaning of hospitality services. I am in love with their interior, hospitality services, their rooms, and the way they focus on customer satisfaction, hygiene, cleanliness, too perfect.

The property is beautiful but quite expensive. The room is very cozy; at this price range, it should be bigger. The food is very tasty, with each item having its own flavor, and the service is good. The staff is very cooperative. The property is not yet completed; the work is still ongoing.

This is a beautiful new ZANA - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett! everything was very clean. It’s a perfect place to stay. The staff were genuine, who are very attentive and quick to offer a helping hand with whatever we needed. Thank you for making our stay memorable one.
