Apparently the new owners have only recently taken over the property. The following things need immediate attention: 1. The property is in fagu and not in kufri. 2. Parking is on space besides main road. 3. One of the rooms did not have tv. 4. Tvs do not have set-top box. You have to use your mobile wi-fi and hotspot to run apps on the tv. Property does not have wi-fi. 5. Plumbing in bathrooms require extensive repairs. Fittings are liable to get loose and fall off. 6. Food is excellent. 7. No dustbin in room/bathroom. 8. Very small table in room. Can fit only 3-4 cups. 9. Water storage/distribution system needs revamp. Apparently some other guests did not have water in the upper level rooms in the morning. 10. Lighting system also needs revamp. 11. Makemytrip should review the amenities available in property as advertised in their app. Many amenities are either out of order for a long time or not at all available.

Need more staff to increase speed to provide food to guest.

If you would like to travel out of way for 20 km for no reason, would like to have difficulty parking your car, sleep in a room that has used / unclean sheets, have terrible food that s literally cooked as part of a mass meal and offered to you as of you were being done a favor to, have your food prepared in a kitchen that is full of filth and waste, then this is the place for you.

Owner of the hotel is very well behaved person. This property is best for couples as the environment is very peaceful. Food is well prepared by the care taker.
