We did not have food in the hotel as old manali is a gastronomic paradise, but the stay is comfortably and the locality is calm and still accessible to many good restaurants and shops by walk

Location is nice, a bit congested with 2 other hotels and windows looking upon a small garden in the front of the property. Depressing to find that although game room facility was mentioned we couldn't access it because it's with the cottages which were booked. Rooms could be a bit bigger. Staff cooperation and behaviour was optimum. It's an all veg restaurant but the food is delicious. could do with some privacy in the front garden that has lovely blooms and a small resting area.

Very good hotel on a budget. Good location near Hadimba Devi Temple. The road is narrow but it makes up for the staff attitude, safety and food quality. Recommend this hotel to solo traveller and also with family.

I have spend 4 days in Zen Manali and It was a good experience. The locality is also near the bus stand. The food I didn't tried as that was bit expensive. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good hotel under budget.

Good Stay at a reasonable price

The location is great—very close to Hadimba Devi Temple and just a 5-minute auto ride to Mall Road. The property has its own parking, which is a big plus if you’re driving your own vehicle. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The food was average—not bad, but nothing special. We had a mountain view room, but the view was partly blocked by nearby buildings. Overall, it was a good stay, especially for the price. I would recommend it to couples and families.
