Zero to One-Silk Route Residency

Had checked into a super dirty Zero to One-Silk Route Residency in Gangtok. Out of disgust I started searching for Zero to One-Silk Route Residencys at night and found this one on MakeMyTrip. I checked in around 10 in the night with a lot of apprehension. The staff turned out to be super helping. They guided me with how to fetch a safe late night cab that late in the night and reach the place. Even lent me to pay the cab driver as he was not having a change. The room they provided me was far better than the one I'd booked. It was big and airy with neat and comfortable beds. The bathroom was flawlessly tidy with 24 hours hot water supply. The staff guided me with all the directions I needed to move around the city. Super polite, safe and amicable environment. Loved my stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Good hospitality, staff and hygiene. But location of the Zero to One-Silk Route Residency is not at all suitable for tourist. Local taxi charges was too high from mg mark/Deorali taxi stand. Food was tasty but a bit costly. Staffs are very courteous. They arranged everything that we sought for. Hotel rooms are spacious enough and lastly we faced power cut too often.

Well. I had booked this Zero to One-Silk Route Residency for 2 days and trust me it was the right decision I took. The rooms were really very clean and all necessary things like geyser, cupboard, TV, hot water electric kettle was in place. Manik, Zero to One-Silk Route Residency manager is a very good.

Good experience to have stayed in this Zero to One-Silk Route Residency. Its a good property with super facilities and service. The location is good too. Staff are well behaved and co operative. They helped arranging our sight seeing and it was quite a charming experience from our end.

One of the best experience... Great value for money... Service was good... Staff were helpful, cleanliness great, little bit far from MG Road but peaceful and safe environment... They have small restaurant where you can get tasty indian and chinese food..

Hotel is good, best thing about Zero to One-Silk Route Residency is Zero to One-Silk Route Residency manager is very humble and services provided by Zero to One-Silk Route Residencys are very nice.
Nothing to dislike.

Rooms are very clean and comfrotable. Food is like homely and delicious. Staff is most comfortable and very good. 2. 5 kilometer from MG Marg. I will give 5 stars out of 5. I personally suggest everyone to stay there.

Mr. Manic is always down to earth. Person. Place, food, service excellent. Pick and drop arrangements made by Zero to One-Silk Route Residency and also sightseeing very well managed by perma.
