ZERO TO ONE STAY LACHUNG

Nice views from hotel room. Food was very good. Prakash ji the manager of this hotel was very good human being and good behave person. I will suggest to Stay in this hotel. Budget hotel with good staff comfortable staying.

The hotel is located at the entrance To Lachung. You have To walk a few kilometers to go to restaurants or sightseeing. The hotels interior is good and the staff is polite too. Do not eat from the restaurant below the hotel. The owner is very rude and charges much more than other restaurants nearby. The food is below average too and the restaurant owner is extremely rude.

Clean and decent room, value for money, less option in food but it's okay because it is a remote place and overall 4.5 out of 5.

Value for money, we had snow covered peaks waiting for us from the window when we woke up.

It was nice to stay. Spacious room. Nice behaviour from Mr. Bikram.

Very short Stay but the staffs were very warm and kind! Amazing Stay.

Hotel was good and was clean. Hospitality was nice. But morning, won't get water due To freezing temperature, as water will be frozen in the pipes itself.

Quaint tiny place with very helpful and cordial staff. Dinner was very good. Rooms and toilets were clean. Great value for money and strongly recommended.

Overall experience was very good. Lachung is a remote place however Prakash who is working as servant serviced very well. Good food, clean rooms and good service.

First of all it's not value for money at all. It's way too costly for the services and facilities it provides. 1. Google location is wrong. 2. Very small room 3. There were lot of insects in the room (small flies, I think those were for light, spider, butterfly kinda fly) 4. All the walls had absorbed the wetness, may be because of lot of rain, still it was looking dirty and made the room even cold. 5. Toiletries weren't provided except soap. 6. Mainly, flush and the gun water wasn't working properly. 7. No mirror in the room. 8. More attention to cleanliness could have been given. 9. They provide you dinner but it's kinda costly. 10. There were lot of light flies which were disturbing the dinner. 11. No TV, no wifi. Could catch a very week Vodafone network. Pros: 1. They have provided very thick 2 bedsheets. 2. Food was good. Looks like home made food. 3. Helpers responded well. 4. There was a nice view which I think mostly common from all Lachung hotels. 5. There was a working geyser.

Zero To One Stay Lachung was a good hotel. Room were cozy and provided with basic facilities like cupboard, sofa cum bed, geyser, comfortable bed with good blankets etc. Well some amenities like television and room heater are yet not available in the rooms, so I would say there is some scope of improvement in that direction. But yes since its a new property and many things are under making so we may expect to see more improvements. Staff in hotel are exceptionally well behaved. Food served were tasty and homely too. Important and distinguishing thing about this hotel is its location, because of which we can have a fabulous view of the surrounding Hills and mountains. Overall it was good place to stay with family.
