ZION VILLA

Stayed at Zion Stays in Shahdol for one night with my mom and had a comfortable experience. The room was good, clean, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, being fairly close to the market, and the host was polite and genuinely helpful. Only thing that could be improved: having a geyser in the bathroom would have been better. They did provide hot water in a bucket without any hassle, but we had to wait for it. Overall, still a pleasant and smooth stay.

very bad hotel and staff After reaching the hotel, the hotel staff's behavior is not good and after the booking is confirmed, on reaching there, we are told that couples are not allowed entry.

When I reached the hotel with family I got to know that rooms were not available. The receptionist Mr. Yuvraj Singh was drunk. Without listening the concerns too much he started making efforts to adjust. For 4 booking only two rooms were provided and one arrangement was done in a hall. still no professionalism was shown by the hotel. Please avoid it at all costs. Since it was 10:30 PM at night and I was with family consider is I had to leave early in the morning. I took a decision which was best for me without discomforting my family.

Not good

It is like a home, tv is not working, room is spacious, bathroom flush was not working.

Hotel is costly as per shahdol area. And they haven't provided any towel or soap shampoo and all

Just the name of the room at the time of booking should clearly read whether it is ac/non ac. I booked a classic room and staff told that classic room is a non ac room, which i could not find any where at the time of booking. However, they gave me an ac room.

I feel very nice 🙂

Everything was good and comfortable, location was little outside of the City, overall good stay.
