The staff is corporate and the Room is clean & in a good location MG road Tibat road . The experience was very good. our review 10/10

Overall experience was good. But we booked a room for 3 adults with a king size bed, but we were given a room with a queen size bed. So it was difficult for 3 persons to accommodate in a single bed. Overall breakfast was good but there were less variety in breakfast food. We have booked a room for 3 adults and was promised a king size bed. But the room given to us had queen size bed, which was difficult to accommodate 3 persons. Overall food was okay but less food variety was there in complimentary breakfast

Staff was good. But hotel location and it’s entrance was below poor. Food taste was okay type. On vacation never go for this hotel.

It’s a small property with clean comfortable rooms and all basic amenities available. Staff is good and prompt service. Not recommend for senior citizens as one has to climb stairs every time enter or exit hotel...

Pros: 1. Location is good. 2. Food is good. 3. Rooms are spacious and well maintained Cons: 1. Hotel is understaffed and one staff managing housekeeping, washrooms cleaning, and also room service for food. 2. Water issue was there for 2 days and staff was not even aware that there is no water in washrooms till all the guests started complaining in the morning. 3. Essential items like tea packets, hair dryer and sleepers are not given until you ask for it. 4. Rooms are not noise proof due to gap between door and the flooring which is not expected in a decent budget hotel. So any small noise in corridor can be heard in the rooms. 5. Hotel entrance is 40 steps down from mail road and lies between two buildings. So difficult to get down the stairs with luggage, or with kids or elderly people. 6. No view from any rooms as hotel is surrounded by other buildings on all four sides.

Our overall experience was excellent while staying at the property Zip By Spree, Gangtok. The room service and restaurant food quality was very good and healthy.

It’s a very good place to stay with family. The staffs are very welcoming and cooperative. All the amenities are provided in the room. Very good ambiance and the property’s location is just 5 minutes walk from MG Marg.

Exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were no issues with odour, dampness, etc. Service was good with decent food and friendly, helpful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. However, you may 3nquire for a room with a good view as mine didnt have any. they do have a rooftop cafe, which gives a very good view of the himalayas. Would highly recommend to any travelers.

The hotel was very near to mg marg ( main location) and very clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast was also nice, service was also very good.

The hotel is close to mall road. It was an awesome experience. Washroom to bedroom all was cleaned and maintenance was done regularly.
