We had booked our stay at zip bh spree Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtoks gangtok in the month of may. Due to an unpredictable road situation from bagdodra to gangtok, we reached very late to the Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok. All this while the Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok staff was very kind and guided us through well. The rooms were clean and worth the money. The property had a roof top Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok which provides the best view of gangtok. It was raining the day we visited, the Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok staff provided the umbrella and sweet smile to begin our exploration. Overall it was a great experience in terms of hospitality, comfortable stay, hygiene & also forgot to mention about the food they serve. It was delicious and definitely served with lots of love and care. Will definitely recommend you to stay here and also they are expanding at multiple locations now. Will surely stay here if we visit gangtok again.

Positives: rooms are pretty clean and comfortable, most importantly bathroom fittings are exclusive and geyser is available, you don’t need a fan but they had placed a table fan in case, beds are very comfortable, during winters you may need a room heater. Mg road is walkable distance probably 200 mts. Negatives: if you are renting a ride make sure you talk about the permit cost, it’s actually 200 per person but they charge 500. If you are looking for room entertainment, tv is outdated with no hd services.

Hotel facilities are very good. Enjoyed my stay at zip. Will recommend for 2 to 3 night stay. Pros: excellent location 300 mtr from mg road. Room is well maintained, neat and clean. Washroom is very well maintained. Staffs are very cooperative. Breakfast have many variants and is very good. Have library facility. Cons: down from road level. No window view as other building is very close. Alacarte lunch or dinner cost is high.

We friends stayed here for two days on jean 25-26, 2024. Very good property, nicely planned room and observed very good service, very disciplined staff, specially ms sumitra has provided very nice dining service, we enjoyed non vegetarian dishes. Mr. Deewang has provided extended service for our tour planning and has shown wonderful hospitality. We surly visit with our family again.

The property is very beautiful. The valley view from room was given exotic vibes through out our stay. Nice and comfortable bed. Nice ambience. Caring staffs make the stay memorable for us. Food was testy and food arrangements are also looking great. I will definitely recommend other to visit the Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok and take a warm experience of unbeatable hospitality.

It's a new property. Rooms are very clean, bed & linen are excellent. Approach to the Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok is through steep steps and little shabby. In the breakfast spreads south indian dishes need improvement. Hotel is close by to mg road. There are no view room other than suite room. Overall stay experience in the Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok is excellent.

Really good location - 5 mins walk from mg marg with good amenities and beautiful interiors as well. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop cafeteria, nice place to sit peacefully and enjoy a drink with a view! highly recommend!

The rooms are good and the service also are upto the mark. The staff behavior was add on. Just the rooms did not have a view, that was a let down. Overall stay was good and also mall road is a 5 min walk

Even after asking to change the sheets they did not do it. Rest all was fine. Location was good. Rooms were cleaned. Staff was helpfull. There are no views from any room ap dont expect that.
