ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel

This was our extended stay in goa, and we were specifically looking for a suite room to accommodate our 8-month-old, allowing them to crawl around comfortably. We opted for the terrace room, which proved to be very spacious. The swimming pool was enjoyable, although we did find ourselves having to request cleaning both times we took a dip. While we had arranged for taxi services, there isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel aside from thalassa during our stay. However, we noticed that the quality of service at thalassa has declined, so it's worth considering this if you're booking based solely on proximity. Ziva suites, on the other hand, provided excellent service. Whether it was housekeeping or room service, the staff went above and beyond. Additionally, the breakfast and overall food quality were delicious. One thing to note is that if you plan to spend a lot of time on the terrace, it's advisable to carry extra mosquito repellent. Overall, our experience at ziva suites was highly satisfactory, primarily due to the outstanding service provided

An excellent property with all the key places of goa nearby. Excellent service by the staff. Rooms were super clean and staff response was very fast. Dis not face any challenges during our entire stay of 5 nights. The in-house reataurant serves super food and came to our rescue twice when we were late at night. Only a couple of suggestions i would like give to the management give is pls fix the hot and cold shower mechanism. Qe never got the correct temp of hot water. It was either very hot or very cold. Another tip/suggesrion is there is no proper mobile netqork anywhere in that area or the ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel. In today’s connected world this is necessary. We had jio and air-tel but there was no netowrk on either of them. We are definitelt going to miss ziva but promise to be back here again at our next goa trip!

We stayed at ziva suites for 3 nights between 21st of april and 23rd of april. We are a family of 4. We, the parents had stayed there last year for 2 nights and had loved the place. We decided to take our kids there this time and had booked 2 rooms in the annexe building. The rooms are very big and each room has a balcony. The air-conditioning is excellent and saved us from the sweltering goa heat. The breakfast was great on all 3 days. The pool was clean but could be cleaner. We had lunch served in the room on one day and dined in the restaurant on another day. Food quality and taste was excellent. I recommend this ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel to anyone who does not need to stay on the beach. Wonderful ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel. Great sensitive staff. Overall a fantastic experience

ziva is one of the calm place in goa which is quite away from usual baga beach crowded places. this place is interior in hilly forest area with beautiful greenery, birds chirping and peaceful atmosphere. if you are the one who is nature lover, u gonna love this place. food is bit pricy but still well in budget (mutton biryani: 650 rs for example). well the closest beach is vagator beach which is around 10-15 mins away.. its also very good & less crowded beach.. i will suggest fish tail shack restaurant to visit on this beach.. also there is kayaking option 5 mins away from ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel.. well, i will give 4.5/5 to ziva.. last but not the least, they have amazing humble & caring staff.. 💜.

Ziva is excellent place to visit with family. Rooms are big, big means really big. Entire property is well maintained. Breakfast is good. Kitchen is always open. Staff dealt with lot of patience. When we got delayed for breakfast, they were cooperative and willing to keep it available for some more time. Swimming pool is good. They have pool table and foose ball. If you travel with teenage boys, they enjoys these two board games a lot. By paying small tip to the gatekeeper, you can get car wash also. Everything about ziva is positive to me. If you are staying in ziva, explore morgim, arambol beaches. These are the best beaches of goa. They are calm and less crowded.

Booked 1 room for 3 Adults. The studio with kitchen is spacious. The rooms were extremely clean and had all the required amenities. The staff at the reception were amazing! They fulfilled all our requests and did their best to make us comfortable. Special mention of Breta & Anthony. The restaurant was great with a good variety of food options. The breakfast buffet was lovely and we enjoyed it. The pool is decent size and they clean it every morning. Housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed and service was quick. The property is beautiful and well looked after. Definitely hope to be back! Thank you very much 😊

My overall experience at ziva suites was good. Some of the plus of the property were location, staff behaviour, size of the rooms, tasty breakfast and overall feel of the property is quite relaxed. Areas which can be further improved are room cleanliness/sanitation while checkin specifically during peak seasons, some more spread in breakfast specially fresh juices, there are limited options for group sit outs in property and pool is very small. In totality i would rate my experience at 4 out 5 for this property, slightly costly, but same property at 20% lesser rates in peak season would be great option for travellers.

It was a great experience staying with ziva suites. The staff is so courteous and they go extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are squeaky clean. The bathroom, the room and common areas are so well maintained and all the amenities are practical. It makes you wonder how much effort they put into this. And the last but not the least, the food. Food is just another level. All the fruits are fresh, dishes are very well cooked and super delicious & the choice of cutlery is also great. The overall experience has been so overwhelmingly good that i am planning to come back again super soon.

Pros: 1. Excellent staff behaviour 2. Near to thalassa 3. Big rooms with good amenities cons: 1. Isolated location 2. Breakfast provided was not having enough options. Tea, coffee served is machine wala. 3. Definitely not a 4 star property. 4. Limited food options to eat for lunch or dinner

We had a wonderful stay at ziva. All staffs are very humble and helpful. Food is awesome. Pool is also good. Rooms are huge and washrooms are very clean and neat.

The honeymoon suite was huge. Jacuzzi experience was too good. Breakfast wasn't satisfactory coz very few options.

The ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel is away from the beaches in a quiet little spot in shiolim. It's close to some good food places nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is extremely courteous. The ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel staff will help in arranging two wheelers, which are a staple to move around in goa. A good value for money place. Had a good experience.
