So bad experience

The word is enough- TERRIBLE service is like dhaba, if you want to do your staying horrible then it is the best place.

Room infrastructure is good but zero service! last night i reached the hotel @ 1. 40am, there was no security, only 1 guy in the reception. He handed me the key & i had to look for the room on the 2nd floor. Already ordered dinner which was kept in normal plastic containers & not in an insulated container. Moreover, till 5. 30am, i couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes & when i asked for mosquito repellent, simply said it was not available at this hour. Dirty pillow cover, no windows & instead there's 1 very small balcony with pigeon poops in the floor!

Room was not that good according to price range. Lobby was not maintained, bed covers, towels weren't as clean

Experience was excellent as they are very friendly and supportive. Surrounding feels safe and breakfast/meal options are variable. Overall it's outranks the best stays in latur.

The blanket had stains, felt very secluded, and the amenities were too normal, didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. It was 2 stars at max

This hotel is for non married couples worst experience family person does not exists in this type of hotel

The ambience was best room service was good staff was co operative and everything was on point really enjoyed it

Awsum break fast and sports facilities

With less staff available, the reception area has no sitting arrangement. AC was not working in the room. The phone kept on the overhead bed. Property is very good and can be well managed as best in class hotels. Hotels must give experience as hotels instead of clubs, if it will be looked in aspect of a tired traveler seeking a comfortable stay with readily available service staff for a short duration of 10-48 hours.

Very poor service. We had to wait for more than 90 mins for to get the room at 12:30am. The staff is non cooperative.

Its not a 4 star hotel not provide seevice and equipment like as 4 star. I am pickup any photo this property and aslo check out only 4 hours.
