Negetives: But linens were dirty. We had to request change of pillow covers and linens. Food was average not upto the mark as compared to park standard. Too expensive. Rice, sorse ilish, chicken 65, a fish started and a mixed fried rice costed 4300/- ie. Too expensive. Pool was big enough but people were getting in with any attire. This should be monitored and not allowed. No RO water facility available in the hotel. For a family of 3 we were allotted 4 bottles of 500ml each. That's not fare. RO water should be provided. Positive: Rooms were big and spacious. Location is prime just beside Dighashree business centre. Garden is big and clean hotel has spa, gym, pool, club, games, bar, library. Rooms have safe lockers, big cupboard, tea kettle, cups, classes, mini fridge and washroom have hair drier, towels, basis, shower amenities, zoom mirror and normal mirror. Housekeeping services were prompt and staff behaviour was good. Beach and new Jaganath mandir is accessible via a toto. Talsari, chadaneswar, shankarpur, mohona, etc are easily accessible.

my room no was 308, the water was falling like a waterfall from the ac because of which all the clothes in the suitcase got wet. i have video of that too. The pool water was very dirty. Food quality was good. But in breakfast the parathas i asked them to make fresh and crispy they said no but then after requesting they made it. hotel was neat and clean. staff was good.

Location is a bit away from the beach. But away from the "maddening crowd". Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Check in and check out process was very very smooth. Restaurant is beautifully decorated and staff are very cordial and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate any request of the patrons. But lunch and dinner buffet is a bit over priced. Items are very few. Variations were not there. Ala carte items, specially veg items, were wonderful.

An Average Stay at Digha

We checked in to Zone by the Park on 22nd of October, room allotment and check in procedure was smooth enough. However, on reaching the room, we soon realised the room was just as average as any other 2 star property. There was a cockroach in the room which was removed after several calls.. housekeeping team left us with a horrendous experience. There was a piece of lingerie in the room left by the previous guest.. every corner of the room was dirty, the washroom fittings were poor, the floor was dirty and cracked, water was leaking from the basin pipe and the bathroom floor hardly dried. The plus point is it's restaurant.. promt service from all staffs, food was good, buffet spread was okish. This hotel need to improve a lot.

If you have your own car then it’s fine to stay at this hotel because everything far away from the hotel specifically the emergency supplies like medicine grocery shop nothing near to the hotel and if you ask the hotel to buy something like oil or anything they will not help you and there was cockroaches in the hotel room and also plates spoon and bowls are not clean very dirty I don’t think they are maintaining the hotel also stuffs are not so professional

Mane book kiya 17 to 18 October Tha, next day jab morning mai 1 day or extend karne gayi.. unlogo ne bola k ab apko is room k liye pay karna padega.. maine pucha kyu?? Maine to kal pay kiya tha or ajj itna kyu?? They said humne apko upgrade karke diya tha.., maine bola k yeh baat apne mujhe kal to bataya nhi tha.. maine to apse kaha tha 1day extend k liye aphine kaha morning me karne ko... mere bolne par they said aap check out kardo.. mai mere 2.5 year k baby ko leke check out kar diya... maine dusre hotel me 4K + gst deke rahi but inke bure behaviour k wajah se maine hotel chod diya..mai delhi park mai bhi stay kar chuki hu waha acha tha isiliye iyaha bhi book kiya but Yahan ka Hospitality bohot hi Bekaar Hai aur kabhi park to nhi jaungi..

Rooms are clean. I've stayed for 3 nights with Breakfast - Lunch/Dinner (any one) in this hotel. Location us not so good, away from Sea beach. But property is good for a group to spend quality time. Have seen a little variation in food menu. Surprisingly I could not find typical, famous Bengali cuisine and fresh fish items in menu. Food taste is average.
