Zone By The Park Jammu

The location is good and being near the jammu railway station makes it very catchy for those who are traveling by this mode from various places in the country. However, the problem is that since most of the trains arrive at jammu early in the morning but the check in time is 12 o'clock which means people have to wait in the longue till the room is free and cleaned, missing early appointments and morning routines. The Zone By The Park Jammu staff is good and courteous. The rooms are airy, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurants is also nice and well served. Over all a good comfortable experience.

Zone by the Park is situated on rail road, opposite Trikuta Nagar, which is a well known locality of Jammu. The Zone By The Park Jammu is just a stone’s throw away from Railway station. I willl describe the Zone By The Park Jammu as a cozy Zone By The Park Jammu, which is in the middle of the city but still not bustling with activity. May be that’s the nature of Jammy city. The food is awesome. Veg platter is a must try. There were limited options in breakfast however all the items were sumptuous. Will highly recommend this Zone By The Park Jammu for stay or for dine out.

It was my first stay in zone by the park, previously i used to stay at lemon tree quite often but zone has a different level of room sophistication along with ventilation option. The room service and the staff, be it reception or kitchen are very cooperative. The food is awesome and not so expensive which is very likable. The ambiance of the Zone By The Park Jammu is great and my wife and 8 month baby had a great time over there. We would surely love to stay there for sure. Thanks and regards :

Our stay at zone by the park was good in all aspects. The room had a good view of the park in front and had good ambience and cleanliness. Room service was prompt, the food at the restaurant (bazaar) was really tasty with ever smiling service. Icing on the cake is that the railway station is just 5mins walk away in case you have to board a train for onward s journey. All other tourist places of jammu are also in accessible distance from the Zone By The Park Jammu.

The Zone By The Park Jammu staff upgraded our room from the normal room to suite at the same cost❣️….the room are very spacious …clean and filled with amenities (specially 🛀 bathtub) & room have a positive vibe❣️…and Zone By The Park Jammu’s staff members are really good ,kind gesture and great hospitality …i truely felt like a guest …would like to stay again… i hope they ll provide me extra discount next time 😅😅 Regard (puneet singh)

The Zone By The Park Jammu is located centrally to all the main markets and close to railway station. Room is well maintained and spacious. However bathroom fixtures are not that great. One more issue is with the basic facilities like providing adequate drinking water and tea sachets needs improvement. They refused to provide green tea sachets which is a basic amenities

Property location is conveniently located near to railway station, internal ambiance and hygiene is good. However external street is not so clean and needs better maintenance. Room service also needs further pushing one has call several times for the order. Seems lack of staff or proper training. Hope, non my next visit it will be more of a better place.

Hotel was very nice rooms were so mch cleaned and have all facilities everything was fine but the food they sent in room was not good seems that food was not fresh room dine in was also slow but apart from this everything was fine. The ambience of Zone By The Park Jammu was fantastic. Breakfast that we got in morning was also very tasty and healthy

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this Zone By The Park Jammu for anyone visiting downtown.

The rooms of the Zone By The Park Jammu should be spacious enough to accommodate the guests and their luggage properly, it should not only be spacious but comfortable with all the necessities and luxuries like a tiny fridge having chocolates etc. A large tv with a king-size bed for comfortable sleep at night

Everything was good but room fragrance will be improved👍🏻 there is also some problems like there is no mini bar and only have 1 water bottles which is not enough 👍🏻
