Comfortable rooms with cooperative staff, property gives you a walk away into the past of glorious havelis of Phalodi and is near to fort , Latiyal Mata temple. Neighbourhood is all vintage haveli so good for heritage walks.

familyRooms are cramped and lacks cleanliness and maintenance. No heater despite super cold weather. In few rooms bathrooms are too small to use them comfortabley. Service is slow and in some cases took up to an hour and multiple followups.

I stayed with my family for one night. The hotel staff is very polite and humble. Rooms are in a heritage look, we enjoyed our stay here. The property has a pool also. The food is very good. It's a 250 years old heritage haveli, i recommend staying here to all travellers.

There is complimentary breakfast which was not prepared. For hot water arrangement very small size geyser is placed in bathroom in winter it is enough for even single person. No driver staying arrangements is there. Room tariffs are too high compared to hotel facilities needs to improve.
