Zostel Delhi

The place was very shady, no clean bed was provided and even no water was provided at the time of checkin. I would not recommend this to anyone.

it was a great experience at Zostel Delhi, I met people from around the world, I met Germans, Chileian & Scottish at the hostel.

The property is clean but they don’t care if you have a problem. I didn’t get hot water and they didn’t bother to resolve. Texted called and met in person...but no resolution. Reason I suppose : I’m not a foreigner .

I had one of my best experience in this hotel the staff was very friendly and vert helpful a special thanks to Mr Raj for helping us and and giving us permission for late checking i will highly recommend this hotel for the person traveling to delhi and want to stay near paharganj there is no doubt that whenever I will visit delhi ill book the same hotel i.e. Zostel Delhi

The room had an unpleasant smell, but everything else was fine.

The property is in a good location with close access to the metro and train stations. The rooms were decent. Clean but not spotless. However, the management should look into maintaining hygiene in the kitchen l. Saw a rat crawl into a bowl of snacks. Had I not seen the rat, i would have bought and had the snacks displayed at the counter.

The location is very nice and the property is very well maintained. Clean rooms, great staff, amazing vibes- this place has it all.

I have always loved my stay at Zostel, but this time it went slightly bad because the AC's were not working, they shifted me to another room still not convenient there.

My experience was pathetic as a guest or as a user they seems to be very much unprofessional 1 they dont have parking space 2 they didn’t have milk for tea coffee 3 tv was not working in a private room 4 landline for reception was not reachable 5 they stop operations of cafe for whole day 6 major problem internet not working and wife was just for name sake pathetic Internet and i spent for 2 days stay at your so called zostel i believe mr dharamveer singh founder plus zostel franchise owner plus property owner should stop this and try to sell tea and pakoda on road side as they dont understand word called hospitality thaxu

Zostel gave me one of the best travel experiences! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The overall vibe was chill and perfect for solo travelers and backpackers. Met amazing people, made unforgettable memories, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and safe stay!

I had a pleasant stay. But there should be some toiletries amenities kept in washroom.

The location is prime, amenities are good but lacks a little in service.
