We had a very bad experience at this property. Food wasn’t good, they didn’t have a heater in winter days & in morning they ran out of water.

Worst hotel that i have stayed in. No towels were provided, bedsheets were dirty. Staff seemed totally disinterested in attending to request for room heater, towels and even in providing glass for water.

Superb hospitality. Sourav and akshay are amazing guys who do not leave any stone unturned in customer service. Very polite & always up for going the extra mile for customer service. I can easily imagine visiting this zostel multiple times. Super vibe at the place.
