Zostel Kochi (Fort Kochi)

zostel kochi is a lively, vibrant budget hostel. the rooms, bunkbeds & bathrooms are clean. it doesn’t have in-house cafe, but that’s not much of issue. closely located to beach and many good & famous eating joints. the top notch factor is naijeen who manages it. his hospitality, helpful and friendly nature are just great. he can guide you or even take you along to short hikes, to nearby waterfalls, cultural events, best local authentic eating joints even the late night 😎 eating joints. all in all naijeen is the live factor if zostel kochi. we had a comfortable, great & amazing stay and time in fort kochi thanks to zostel and naijeen.

There are only a few places that you travel to that feel like home, and kochi zostel is without a doubt one of them. Joe, nigeel, and checchi go to great lengths to make you feel more comfortable. And the vibes at kochi zostel are unmatched; you won't find them in any other zostels (or any other similar places. I've seen visitors extend their stays merely to spend a few extra days in kochi zostel, despite the fact that there aren't many tourist attractions nearby. Such are the vibes of kochi zostel.

As its my first solo travel i booked by reading all other reviews. But as per my fellow travellers opinion this is just basic levels of zostel. Good and clean dorms, hosts gives you the details to travel across kochi. But in other zostel they conduct events, co ordinate all travellers together for travel itseems. So its good but it could be more better.

I had a great stay at Zostel Kochi it's wonderful to See such european style hostels in India (finally! ). The staff was friendly and helpful, the room and bed was clean, the bathroom was clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Great budget stay in the heart of Fort Kochi. The property is within walking distance from most areas of interest.

Fort kochi zostel has always been my home away from home. Joe & nijeen are amazing hosts that i’ve ever met. They will make you feel comfortable, very friendly and kind people. Property is well maintained ans kept clean. I would recommend this stay if you’re looking for peaceful stay, suitable for work, and the best place to meet amazing people

Stayed at zostel for 1 night. The private room was clean and spacious. I would have liked if they'd still ask for vaccination certificates and did the temperature checks during check-in. Overall as always the vibes is great, you'll always meet fellow travelers and make friends during your solo trips in zostel. Value for money.

The stay was very comfortable and rooms were clean. One small concern I would say is that there is quite a lot of cigarette smell around the zostel. Inside was great but the moment we step out, there’s smell. If there is a separate smoke zone present in zostel which doesn’t place near entrance or first floor, it would be 👌

I would appreciate if breakfast is included in Zostel Kochi (Fort Kochi) stay. The price is a bit steep for a single room in a Zostel Kochi (Fort Kochi) if it doesn't include breakfast. Price for chai and omelette is a bit steep. Overall a very good experience with very helpful and friendly volunteers. Great location.

My stay at zostel kochi was incredible. It was so good that i was literally in tears when i left the place i would definitely recommend everyone to visit zostel kochi once in a lifetime. I liked the beds they were so comfortable the lounge area was incredible and the activities we did at zostel were well thought

The common area upstairs in this hostel is a really nice place to hangout. Also the guys at reception are really friendly)

Good rooms… well maintained… mannered staff… they have laundry…. Water….etc… good response…. Overall good

Stayed as party of 4 girls in the dorm, the place is excellent, great value for money, very clean and helpful staff.

Room was neat and clean. The property was well maintained, safe and secure. Location is fine and rest everything was good and I will suggest this to others.

The stay is best for Solo travellers, I had booked the twin sharing room, was very clean and neat. The common area of the hostel are really nice meeting point for people, the staff is helpful and chill. It was a really nice experience staying at the Zostel, Kochi

The location was average, near to all places in Cochin. The property was very clean and maintained well. Security was ok. The facilities were really good, the staff service is also good. It is a recommendable property.
