Zostel Mumbai

it was a nice stay , we stayed in female dorms that were super clean and the property was small but peaceful . Good food too .

Just stayed for 1 night. Room was quite and good. Only issue was washrooms.

I did not got the Book bed now I will never choose your company I will also suggest others also not to rely on your confirmation service

It was a really bad experience because first of all the pictures that were shown on MMT were not the same as what their rooms were. They were not clean. They did not have any windows or any ventilation. The staff was rude, and I did not feel safe in this disaster compared to others that I've stayed at the staff was very much unprofessional and me as a girl I felt like they were not cooperative at all to wake me up in the morning. One of the people from the staff entered my dorm without knocking while everybody was sleeping and just stood there by my bed and tried talking to me, which was very uncomfortable, and on confronting him, he argued with me and so did the manager.

The bathroom is rusty and darty door latch is not working properly

Better than average facility in Mumbai. Decent staff, cozy rooms, nice food. You will get a non-traditional hotel vibe here. Lot of youngsters. Entire hotel is theme based. Exclusive space for work and recreation.

The property is located well to around different parts of Mumbai, cafe food is good and with decent amenities like work station & good staff. The only thing that be challenging is that it doesn't have a permanent roof, which is unlike other hostel properties.

I've stayed at Zostel Mumbai twice .The rooms are clean, and you can always meet really interesting people here :)
