It was a wonderful stay experience! The host, Rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! His recommendations were bang on! Tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! Even though I was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially Tapas would make it a point to converse everytime and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! The bonfires by Rito and the Zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that I am going to sorely missing till my next trip! Zostel Munnar had been an incredible choice for the journey! It was a wonderful stay experience! My partner and i recently stayed in zostel munnar and had a great experience. This property is among one of the best hostel stays in the last 3 yrs of my backpacking travels. The hostel is located approx 5 km from the main bus stand but one can take an auto or bus to commute. The rooms are clean and well maintained along with spacious game room, work space and a lovely terrace for chilling in the evening. The ambience and vibe made me extend my stay for an additional day. Met some fantastic like minded fellow travellers. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and welcoming. The meal options and catering services available in the cafeteria are exceptional and provide pretty good veg and non veg options at a reasonable price. I would extend a shout out for the management for such a well managed facility. Highly recommended.

Overall a very nice hostel experience, the property has good views, sufficient parking and the a decent restaurant. The washrooms are also well maintained. The common area was always very nice with a foosball table, billiards board and other games. If u are looking for a hostel experience do go for it.

Great stay great food. You can use the common area before check in as check is strictly not allowed before 12pm. Food is extremely great for the price. Our beloved Krishna Bhaiya served great food and awesome experience during the stay. Awesome Experience and great views too.

Off beat location with a pleasant view. Has a hidden waterfall on the same road crossing the Zostel Munnar.

overall it's a good experience the property manager is very welcoming and the vibe is also very good but the only issue is the terrace will close by 10pm

It was good stay, price for dormitory was on higher side. Good food and good staffs, especially Mr. Rito and Mr. Thappar. Good vibes. Met many people. Greatest negative very poor WiFi connection. Faced a lot of issues while working from home

Value for money. Things were decently clean, staff approachable and helpful. The overall vibe was alright.
