Great Atmosphere Good food Nice ambience.

The stay was pleasant and delightful. The mattresses were clean and comfy too! Big beds, clean blankets and homely vibe was everything that we were looking for! The hosts were very friendly and cooperative throughout. They have their own roof-top cafe which serves amazing food and provides Activa services at nominal rates. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay was comfortable. It was easy to check in and the staff was helping to make sure of the smooth check-in. Also all required amenities were available in the room with pleasant smell. The overall experience was good. I would like to visit again in the future. Thanks to all staff members

The first night, the AC did not work. The management just says it takes time or I put the wrong setting as if I don't know what an AC is. The next day we went and firmly asked, then found out that the external unit itself was not working. Their water from the dispenser tastes so bad, borderline undrinkable. Their dog, although very cute, tends to open the doors by himself and come to the dorms randomly. at glace, it seems cute but it does not look cute at 3am. The bathroom exhaust fan and bathroom light have the same switch, so in the night if you wanted to use the restroom, you'll wake everyone up because of the loud bathroom exhaust fan. other than this, the rooms were very clean and neat. the common area had games and places to just chill. Overall it was a good experience but with some minor and some not so minor issues The first night, the AC did not work.

My wife and I stayed in a private room for 2 days. The room was spacious and with adequate furniture. The washroom was spotlessly clean. The staff at Zostel is as usual very courteous and helpful. The food could have been better, but there are a lot of options nearby, so it didn't matter. Another plus is they provide things like bike for rent, river rafting etc. So, things become hassle free

Beds were clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Carpets and floor were unclean. Common area was terrible. Staff was polite. Hot water available 24x7.

Not very clean. There was garbage everywhere. Bed will not fit you if you are more than 170 cm tall.

Dirty washrooms, dirty floor and pathetic lenin, need lot of improvement in tapovan branch this has to be improved

Staff is cooperative though property is poorly maintained. Also, it's a task to find vehicle to reach there. Overall 3/5.

Zostel was good, especially ppl who were staying there performed(singing) very nicely. There some in door games available too

Being a brand for young generation, Zostel need to improve on many parameters like hygiene of Cafetaria (all their workers were sleeping on the couch and it was too dirty), common area doesn't have water cane (even after telling at reception they have not taken interest), washroom door was not working properly (it was open throughout our stay), ants were roaming in room (I have photos of all these) List is long, I hadn't expected such poor quality from ZOSTEL

The staff was not chill was a bit rude, the rooms were clean, no place to dry clothes though. The common room was a good place to hangout. The café was expensive but had good food.

It is in a narrow street where it’s difficult to go by car and Washrooms were untidy here and lockers were without locks. Beds had hairs on it that says was not cleaned after use.

The hostel was average and needs a lot of maintenance. Chairs in the room was broken, there were a lot of cockroaches and insects roaming in the washroom, the common room’s ac is not working at all i stayed there for 3 days and they mentioned that they’ll get that repaired but that didn’t happen, there is no air conditioner in the cafeteria and the sofa in cafeteria also has a lot of dust. However, the room was fine and the service was also okay but one can find better hostel in the same price

The stay was really nice. The rooms were well cleaned and set before our arrival and all the other amenities were provided thoroughly. The staff was really friendly and supported throughout the stay. Overall, it was a really great experience.
