Zostel Shillong

Pros: great service. Tasty food (they have cafe in same promises) they also provide bikes on rent if required. Good wifi. Great recreation area. Good cleanliness. Cons: location a bit far from the city centre. And some minor cons as per my personal experience like - language barrier with housekeeping and cafeteria people, need to explain them several times what we need or need to talk directly to manager. Wooden floor in my room was making too much sound and the staff walking outside the room also makes noise/talks loudly, sometimes may be disturbing.

The rooms were very good. The staff was polite and helpful. They even have 'rent a scooty' option. The rooms and washrooms were very clean. The outing area and the terrace view were great. Overall it was awesome. I highly recommend this

Shillong - a beautiful hill station zostel was very good, rooms were neat & tidy it was perfect the receptionist - need to be changed, very rude behaviour & mouth full of tobacco. The outside cafe is too expensive.

The property is beautiful, aesthetic and gives a positive community vibe. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. I loved the signages in the rooms. It was unique, practical and thought provoking.

The location was good and golf course was on walking distance and so is polo bazar which was a plus. We had a comfortable stay without any complaint and meeting new people was a great experience.

At the price point it’s completely worth it, booked it after a lot of research good location away from hustle bustle good for young couples, & solo travellers. Well maintained, clean & hygienic.

The stay at zostel was great as a solo traveller. Santosh the host was very helpful he helped in arranging the car or finding solo traveller to join them for the trip planning the trip.

Location of the property is good. Food did not try but tried the tea and it was good. Amenities are good like wifi is available. Terrace for seating and bird watching.

Location is in optimal place and the food was delicious. Check in process was smooth and the dorms were good.

This place is excellent to stay with friends and neat and clean one. Even solo traveller can also travel i must place to stay

Good atmosphere, food were amazing, need to to some regulations about shoes policy so that cliness and bad odur will not come during sharing with other people's.

The food was great. The staff cleaned the rooms and bed every morning. Dormitory sharing was of no hassle.

The rooms were good and specially the common room facility was too good. Excellent view from the room. Good for the sol-lo traveller

Cool, lovely place, friendly people's, must stay. I myself felt, zostel stay is as amazing as hostel stay. It was a wonderful experience for me.

Good stay, good rooms, courteous staff, only issue is with cafe orders are delayed. Overall great stay.

The bathrooms were nice, but because they are used by a lot of people, some sort of periodic cleaning, maybe once every 2 hrs would be nice
