- Fill in the following details – ticket number or passport number, first name and last name of the passenger, and captcha.
- You can confirm your information, select the seats from an interactive seat map, and print your boarding pass.
Criteria for Online Check-in with Air China Airlines
- Adult passengers who have purchased tickets on Air China and those flights operated by the airline, can check in online.
- Pregnant women, children, elderly citizens travelling alone, ill and injured passengers, and those who require special assistance are exempted from online check-in.
- For families, online check-in option is available only for the flights operates by Air China.
- If you check-in through third-party platforms, you might not have access to all the services offered by Air China’s official website.
- For domestic flights, web check-in will be available from 20:00 two days before departure, to one hour prior to the departure.
- For international flights, web check-in would be available from 36 hours before departure, until 3 hours before departure.
- If you have checked in online, you can cancel it until three hours prior to the scheduled departure.
