The amount of free checked baggage allowance on all Air Mauritius Airlines flights depends on the weight and dimensions of baggage, class of travel and route of travel.

  • If you are travelling from Mauritius to Europe via London or Asia or Africa or Oceania by business class, you can check in two pieces that weigh up to 32 kg each. For travel through the same route by economy class, you can check in two pieces of up to 20 kg each.
  • If you are travelling from Asia to Europe via Paris by business or economy class, you can check in two pieces (32 kg each) or 1 piece (23 kg), respectively.
  • For those travelling from Asia to Indian Ocean Islands or Africa or Asia or Oceania or Europe via London by business class, you can check in two pieces (32 kg each) or one piece (30 kg), respectively.
