- Domestic passengers within New Zealand travelling on Seat+Bag, Flexi Time, and Smart Saver tickets can check in one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and a maximum dimension of 158 cm. Flexi Plus travelers are allowed two checked bags.
- For those travelling on international flights, on Seat+Bag, The Works, and Economy fares, one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and a maximum dimension of 158 cm is free of charge. Those travelling by business class can check in three bags. ‘Seat Only’ fares do not allow check-in baggage.
