All Nippon Airlines Web Check-in
For All Nippon Airlines flights, it is convenient to check-in online as you do not have to wait in long airport queues. You can also check-in using your phone.
- Visit https://www.ana.co.jp/en/in/international/prepare/checkin/online-checkin/ to check in online.
- On this page, you can either register the required information in advance (such that you will be automatically checked in 24 hours prior to departure and notified via email) or check in yourself online, from 24 hours up to 75 minutes before scheduled departure.
- You are required to enter your reservation number or e-ticket number, or ANA number, along with first name and last name.
- You can confirm your information, select the seats and print your boarding pass.
Criteria for Online Check-in with All Nippon Airlines
- Mobile boarding passes are available for flights departing from Singapore and Sydney.
- Passengers with an e-ticket are eligible for online check in.
- Online check in option is not available for certain routes and for those who require assistance, such as wheel chairs.
- Web check-in feature is not available, if you are travelling with an infant under 2 years of age, who would be occupying his/her own seat.
