Baggage Allowance
A single piece of checked baggage should weigh no more than 32 kg. In addition to the regular checked-in baggage allowance, passengers may also bring along a hand baggage on board the cabin. First Class and Business Class customers are allowed to carry two pieces of baggage on board, not to exceed a total weight of 15 kg. Economy Class customers are allowed to carry one piece of baggage, not to exceed 7 kg and for tickets issued in Brazil, Economy Class customers on flights to or from Brazil are allowed to carry one piece of baggage, not to exceed 10 kg.
