Thai Airways Checked Baggage Allowance
The amount of free checked baggage allowance on all Thai Airways flights depends on the weight and dimensions of baggage along with the class of cabins.
The following allowances are in line with the checked baggage policy by weight, for travel within Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and to and from Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia, Australia and New Zealand –
- Royal first class passengers can check in up to 50 kg of baggage.
- Royal silk class and Premium economy class passengers can check in up to 40 kg of luggage.
- Economy class passengers are allowed to check in 30 kg of baggage, except those with booking code L, who are allowed 20 kg baggage.
- Infants below the age of 2 years, who do not have a seat of their own, are allowed to check in up to 10 kg baggage.

Thai Airways Extra Baggage Charges
- For international travel on Thai Airways flights, weight concept on a zone basis is applicable, per kg.
