With a monster oil guzzling V8 engine under its hood, the people of New York City have chased innumerable dreams sitting in the back of these taxies. Be it Sarah Jessica Parker looking for a ride, or Richard Gere pursuing his long lost love, Hollywood has played a big role in immortalizing the art of catching the Yellow Taxi. So when are you getting into one?

The Black Cabs of London have a serious fan following and have had social sites like Pinterest and Instagram flooded with fan pictures for ages. Don’t be surprised if you come across cookie art, phone covers, toys, capes, crochets or even photo booths themed around these people carriers.
