Kadapa

The city of Kadapa is located in the southern part of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The Rayalaseema region is home to this city, which acts as the administrative hub for the YSR Kadapa district and is located in that region. In 2022, the city had a total population of 466,000 people. This city is located around 8 kilometres to the south of the Penna River and is hemmed in on three sides by the hills of Nallamalai and Palkonda. Despite the fact that the region has witnessed the rise and fall of a number of different kingdoms, the footprints of previous cultures are still present.
