Overview

Spread across 9.6 hectares on a hill-side and perched at a height of 7,700 feet in Sharahai Mashobra, the park was originally the summer residence of the Italian countess of Craignano, which later got converted into a dak bungalow and eventually a nature park.

What To Expect?

Take a stroll along the pebbled pathways, treat your eyes with the colourful flowers like celandines, hyacinths, daffodils, asphodels and roses. Breathe in the freshness of the pine and oak leaves, and enjoy a picnic with your gang.

Tips

The timings are from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on every day of the week.
The entry fee is INR 50 per person.
Don’t miss out on the tree house and swings.
Make use of the re-useable jute bags, available at the counter for a refundable security deposit of INR 100, to avoid litter.
It is advisable to carry your snacks and water as there are no options available here.
