Situated among the Sahyadri ranges and located at height of 5,400 feet, Kalsubai is the highest peak in Maharashtra and offers panoramic views of the area.

What To Expect?

Start off the trek from Bari village with a Hanuman shrine and make your way up the mountains as you cross streams, fields and forests. It's a moderately tough trek but once you reach the top, the sweeping vistas will be worth it!

  • The trail is well-marked and usually can be done without a guide.
  • You can also do an overnight group trek, where you reach the peak just as the sun rises. Contact your hotel for night trek tickets.
