Located at the northern end of Red Square, this iconic museum is home to over 4.5 million artefacts that are showcased in various halls here and depict the different eras of Russian history.

What To Expect?
Take a peek into Russian history as you witness archaeological artefacts, manuscripts, icons, personal items, furnishings, antiques from the palace interiors and historic items belonging to the Russian tribes.
Tips
- The entrance fee is 300 Rubles.
- Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on all days except on Thursday. Timings on Thursday are 11 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Kitay-Gorod Station on the orange line is the closest metro station.
