Reach Katra a day early for acclimatisation. Next day, take the yatra slip from the regional office (near bus stand), proceed to Darshani Darwaza. Begin with Ban Ganga, cross Charan Paduka, Ardh Kumari and by evening, reach the shrine. Visit Bhairon Nath Temple and then head back on foot or by helicopter.
