Marwar Festival: Jodhpur Calling in October

The Marwar Festival was originally known as Maand Festival, which was a music festival to commemorate victories of Rajput heroes. It is now a cultural event where people from all over the world come to have two days of unparalleled fun in authentic Rajasthani style with the right mix of culture, history, fun and pleasant weather.

Mesmerising folk music and dance performances at the Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace transform the place to an era gone by. Scheduled on Sharad Punima every year, this year the Mawar Festival is held on October 17^th and 18^th.
