If you’re looking at something different on your next trip, then how about the Bottle Art Museum in Thailand? Located in Pattaya this is the only Bottle Art Museum in the world! Home to more than 300 miniatures inside bottles of varying sizes, these works of art have been inspired by culture, living conditions, major tourist attractions, landscapes and more. Ranging from pagodas, churches, palaces, temples and other tourist attractions, there’s a lot to admire here.

This unique attraction was started by a Dutch art enthusiast, Peter Bedelais and is continued by Prapaisi Thaipanich from Thailand. Together they have built the beautiful bottles that are on display in the museum.

Making these beautiful little bottles requires a lot of effort. First, the size of the model is determined and all the details it will contain, after which, an appropriate bottle size is selected. And then comes the toughest part, creating everything by hand. Yes, everything about the art is handmade, right from shaping the models to painting them! It calls for a true blue art enthusiast to appreciate the effort that has gone into making these miniature models.
